Provenance

Each listing can reference source records stored in docs/data/sources.json.

Source records identify where information came from, when it was observed, and any notes about the source. This keeps updates reviewable and helps separate durable facts from temporary signals.

Git history is also part of the provenance model. Changes can be reviewed, compared, reverted, and discussed before publication.
